MEMBERSHIP PRIORITY DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By joining The Great Chicken-N-Egg Barter Co-op, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding membership priority and availability:

Membership Structure & Priority System

1. Initial Free Registration secures your position in our general membership queue with a unique timestamp.
2. Paid Subscription Requirement:
   • Free membership alone does not guarantee participation rights
   • Continued membership requires conversion to paid subscription within 72 hours
   • Both your initial registration timestamp AND your paid conversion timestamp are recorded
3. Priority Allocation System:
   • The AVERAGE of your two timestamps (registration + payment) determines your final priority position
   • Members with the LOWEST average timestamps receive highest priority for all available flock allocations
   • The closer together your registration and payment timestamps, the better your priority position
   • When demand exceeds supply, allocations will be made strictly according to average timestamp order
   • No exceptions will be made to this priority system regardless of circumstances
4. Maximizing Your Priority:
   • For optimal position: complete BOTH registration AND payment in quick succession
   • Quick payment after registration significantly improves your average timestamp
   • Those who register and pay promptly will have the greatest chance of securing allocations in initial rounds
5. 72-Hour Evaluation Period:
   • Upon initial free registration, you have 72 hours to:
     • Explore the platform
     • Ask questions
     • Review documentation
     • Convert to paid membership
6. Automatic Queue Adjustment:
   • Failure to convert to paid membership within 72 hours will result in:
     • Loss of original timestamp priority
     • Significantly diminished chances of allocation due to poor average timestamp
     • Removal from allocation queue
     • Requirement to re-register with a new timestamp if reapplying later
     • New registration will receive a less favorable average timestamp

Important Notice on Availability

The Great Chicken-N-Egg Barter Co-op makes no guarantee of availability for any membership tier or flock allocation. With limited availability in initial rounds, only members with the lowest average timestamps will be fulfilled. All memberships and participation opportunities are subject to capacity constraints, which may result in waitlisting even for paid members.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PRIORITY STATUS: The combined average of your free registration timestamp and your paid subscription timestamp directly determines your position in our allocation queue. Members who minimize the time between these two actions secure the best positions and have the greatest chance of allocation in early rounds.

By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of this priority system and agree that The Great Chicken-N-Egg Barter Co-op retains sole discretion regarding all membership and allocation decisions.
